Total Transportation Corporation has been providing ground transportation to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area for over 20 years. We understand that business travel today is more complex than it was just a few years ago, and schedules have gotten tighter and fuller. Our up-to-date technology and experienced dispatch staff will monitor your flights and use GPS tracking to keep your chauffeur on time.

Ride stress free in comfort and style to/from the airport, your hotel, home, business or wherever your final destination may be. Whether you are traveling into or out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, we will provide you with first class, dependable service. Our service reflects on your company as well as on ours and our reputation and your satisfaction is important to us.

Additional Charges

(Specific to Airport)

• Airport parking: $5.00
• Baggage meet: $15.00
• Wait time: We grant a 30 minute grace period from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 15 minute period.
• Stops: Stops en route on point-to-point transfers are charged at $10 per 10 minute increment.
• Gratuity: An 18% chauffeur gratuity based on the fare, stop time and wait time will be added to your bill.
• Meet and Greet Services: Upon request, we will provide a person at the airport to provide meet and greet services for large groups and conventions. This service will be charged at $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Pickup Procedures

(Specific to Airport)

• MSP: Take escalator down one level below baggage, follow sign to "Transportation Center" turn left at the info. desk, take escalator back up 1 level to the Green level G. Walk out to the Limo/Special Call Taxi Area and your car and driver will be there with sign.
• HHH: From baggage area go up the escalators and cross over the street and back down to the ground transportation center. Your car and driver will be there with sign.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment: All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. To open an account please contact us.
• Airport and Point-to-Point Cancellations: We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will accept cancellations without a charge, up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Airport and Point-to-Point No Shows: A fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
