Whether you are traveling into or out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul/ Rochester areas or one of our hand selected affiliate locations around the world, we are dedicated to providing you and or your company/ clients with the highest level of transportation service. The dispatch team and chauffeurs monitor your flight with the latest airline arrival technology available so you can be assured your driver will be at the ground transportation or baggage claim areas waiting for you. By operating the largest and most diverse fleet of chauffeur driven vehicles in the Upper Midwest we can guarantee “you” will have the proper vehicle/s to accommodate all your transportation requirements The service we provide reflects on your company as well as ours, making the team at Total Transportation driven by quality service and committed to excellence.

Additional Charges

  • Airport parking: $10.00

  • Baggage meet: $15.00

  • Wait time: We grant a 30 minute grace period from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 15 minute period.

  • Stops: Stops en route on point-to-point transfers are charged at $10 per 10 minute increment.

  • Gratuity: An 18% chauffeur gratuity based on the fare, stop time and wait time will be added to your bill.

  • Meet and Greet Services: Upon request, we will provide a person at the airport to provide meet and greet services for large groups and conventions. This service will be charged at $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Pickup Procedures

  • MSP: Take escalator down one level below baggage, follow sign to “Transportation Center” turn left at the info. desk, take escalator back up 1 level to the Ground/Street Level, Walk out to the Limo/Special Call Taxi Area and your car and driver will be there with sign.

  • HHH: From baggage area go up the escalators and cross over the street and back down to the ground transportation center. Your car and driver will be there with sign.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment: All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. To open an account please contact us.

  • Airport and Point-to-Point Cancellations: We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will accept cancellations without a charge, up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Airport and Point-to-Point No Shows: A fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
