Road shows are their own discipline. Multi-city, multi-day investor and executive itineraries run on tight timing across several stops, and a missed connection cascades through the whole schedule. Our affiliate network extends that coverage beyond Minnesota, so the same team coordinating your Minneapolis legs can arrange ground transportation for your clients in markets nationwide.
For recurring movement, we run employee and conference shuttles on contract, using vans, mini coaches, and full motorcoaches depending on headcount.
Companies that move people regularly work with us on account. Book by phone, by email, or through the online reservation portal. Account clients can keep a card on file, and our team will take a forwarded flight itinerary and arrange everything from there.You receive a confirmation when the reservation is made and a second confirmation 24 hours before pickup. When the chauffeur is en route, you get a text with their name, their photo, and a live link to track the vehicle. For account clients, the trip is closed out and billed after the ride rather than at the curb.We also invite prospective corporate clients to tour our facility before signing on. Seeing where the fleet is maintained tends to answer more questions than a proposal does.
