Be the First Step in an Exceptional Experience

Our Reservationists are often the first point of contact between Total Transportation and our clients. You’ll assist customers with transportation requests, create accurate reservations, answer questions, and help ensure every trip begins with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with new transportation reservations
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries
• Gather and accurately enter trip details
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Review reservations for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate important information to Dispatch and Operations
• Help clients select transportation options that meet their needs
• Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records

Keep Every Trip Moving

Our Dispatchers are at the center of our daily operation. You’ll coordinate chauffeurs, vehicles, trip assignments, and changing transportation needs to help ensure our clients receive dependable and timely service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, organization, and making quick decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor scheduled and active transportation assignments
• Communicate with chauffeurs and independent operators
• Assign and coordinate trips based on availability and operational needs
• Monitor chauffeur status, vehicle status, and trip progress
• Respond to schedule changes, delays, and last-minute requests
• Coordinate airport, corporate, event, and point-to-point transportation
• Communicate with Reservationists, clients, chauffeurs, and management
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate trip and dispatch information
• Help ensure every trip is completed safely, professionally, and on time
